Pranin Foundation was established and started functioning in strong cooperation with Pashu Mandir in Karjan, about 30 km from Vadodara. It was established by Neha Patel.From 2009 onwards, Neha Patel has helped rescue thousands of animals, particularly cows, in central and south Gujarat area together with her gaurakshak (cow protection activist) team.
